111 NHS Dental Wood Green - Alexandra Park Dental & Referral Centre

Welcome to Alexandra Park Dental Practice and referral centre. As part of our commitment to the NHS, we offer daily emergency NHS 111 services at the practice.

All NHS 111 patients are referred to us via email by dental triage 111. Upon receipt of your referral, our team will contact you to arrange an appointment at the earliest opportunity.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and NHS PR form.

Fee-paying NHS patients need to £23.80 prior to their appointments.

Exempt patients do not have to pay but they have to declare their exemption at the reception desk.

Our dentists will try and see you at the earliest opportunity and we aim to keep our waiting times to a minimum.

Languages spoken at practice English, Turkish Romanian, Albanian, Hindi, Gujarati.

We encourage you to be accompanied by an English-speaking colleague/relative if you prefer. We have access to telephone translation services if required.

Disabled parking is available on our driveway and surrounding areas have free off-street parking. We are easily commutable by bus routes 102, 184 and 299. Bounds green underground station ( Picidally line) and Alexandra Palace train station (Overground) are within 10 minutes’ walking distance.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, as well as cash.
